The honest answers
Is everything English print?
Pokémon is English print unless the title says otherwise — we do not list re-labelled international lots. A handful of One Piece packs are Japanese releases; they say Japanese in the title and are tagged so you can filter them out.
How are singles graded and described?
Singles are inspected front and back under a daylight lamp and described conservatively. If a card has a flaw we photograph it and say so in the listing.
How fast do orders ship, and is tracking included?
It depends who ships it, and every product page says which. Items we hold in Los Angeles ship within 1–2 business days, tracked. Supplier-fulfilled items ship from our partner's warehouse on their schedule — typically 3–6 days from order, and checkout shows their live delivery estimate for your address before you pay.
How is sealed product packed?
Sealed product we stock ourselves — boxes, ETBs and bundles — is wrapped in bubble and double-boxed inside a rigid outer carton with void fill. Supplier-fulfilled items are packed to the supplier's own standard, since we never handle them.
Can I get notified when something restocks?
Yes. Sold-out products have a notify button that emails you the moment inventory goes back above zero.
Do you buy collections?
We do, for English sealed and graded or high-end raw singles. Send photos, set names and collector numbers through the contact form.
